At Teluguexperiments, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products, but if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

You report the issue within 3 days of delivery.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all items included (manuals, tools, accessories).

We do not accept returns for change of mind or used products.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us with the following:

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In case of payment failure or refund to closed accounts, we may request alternate bank details.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Customized kits

Opened or used experiment kits

Items returned after the 3-day window

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us with your order details.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will bear the shipping cost.

For other return cases, customers are responsible for return shipping.
